Ebda Store
Create your store
You can have a live store in a few minutes. No card is needed to sign up.
1. Sign up
Open the dashboard and choose Create your store. Enter your name, email, an optional Egyptian mobile number and a password (at least 8 characters with upper and lower case letters, a number and a symbol). Use a permanent email address: temporary email services are not accepted.
2. Verify your email
We email you a verification link. It works once and is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, ask for a new one from the same page. You cannot continue setting up until the email is verified.
3. Name your store and pick its address
Choose a store name and an address. Your free address is <your-address>.ebda.app.
- Use lowercase Latin letters, digits and single hyphens, between 3 and 40 characters.
- The page tells you immediately if an address is taken or reserved.
- Names that match a protected brand are held back. Contact support to claim one that is really yours.
4. Pick a look
Choose one of the templates: Modern, Classic, Minimal, Bold or Elegant. You can change it any time later.
Numbers on your store. Prices, quantities and dates show Western digits (123) by default, in Arabic and in English — for example 450 ج.م. If you prefer Arabic-Indic digits (١٢٣) for customers reading your store in Arabic, open Branding → Theme & Colors → Store numerals and pick ١٢٣. English pages, order numbers and your dashboard always use 123.
5. Add your first product
Enter a name, a price in EGP, the quantity in stock and optionally a photo. You can add the rest from the dashboard afterwards, or import many products at once.
6. Choose how customers pay
Cash on delivery is on by default. You can also switch on InstaPay here (see InstaPay); cards and wallets are marked "Coming soon". Keep at least one method on. See Orders and cash on delivery.
7. Go live
The last step shows a checklist of what you set up and publishes your store at your address. Then share the link with customers on WhatsApp. The setup guide on your dashboard keeps going: logo and colours, shipping zones, payment methods, your own domain, a test order and sharing your link.
8. Messages from your contact page
Your store's Contact page has a message form. Messages go to the email address you show on that page (Branding → Contact Info). If you leave it empty they go to your account email, so set it to the inbox you actually read. Reply to the email to answer the customer directly.
