Ebda Store
Custom domain
Your store always works at <your-address>.ebda.app. A custom domain such as yourshop.com is an extra, available on plans that include it (see Plans and billing).
How it works
- Enter your domain on the Domain page of your store. This is a claim. It is not live yet and does not change where customers land.
- Add the DNS records shown on the page at your domain registrar. The status reads Pending DNS verification while we wait.
- Verified. When your DNS is confirmed the status becomes Verified, an SSL certificate is active and your store is reachable at
https://yourshop.com.
If it does not verify
- If the status is Verification failed, check the DNS records and save the domain again.
- A claim that is not verified within 72 hours is released automatically. This stops anyone holding a name they do not own. You can claim it again at any time.
- A domain that is already active on another store cannot be claimed.
DNS changes can take a while to spread. Keep sharing your .ebda.app address in the meantime.
