Ebda Store

How to pay Ebda Store with InstaPay

You can pay your Ebda Store subscription by InstaPay. This works whether you are trialing, active, overdue, or your subscription has ended. Upgrade, downgrade, cancel and resume all work with InstaPay.

Steps

  1. Open Billing for your store and pick a plan (monthly or yearly). The new plan applies when your payment is confirmed.
  2. Send the transfer to Ebda Store's InstaPay address, with the payment reference shown on the page.
  3. Take a screenshot of the receipt in your banking app.
  4. Upload it on the Billing page. The AI reads it and fills in the details.
  5. Check and correct the details:
    • amount
    • reference number (12 digits)
    • date and time
    • sender name, exactly as shown (keep any *)
    • sender InstaPay address or mobile
    • bank
  6. Submit.

The Ebda AI Studio team reviews your transfer. Nothing activates until it is confirmed. You get a notification when it is confirmed, or rejected with the reason (then upload the right receipt). You also get one when a paused store comes back.

Good to know

  • Paying early does not lose days. The new period starts when your current period (or trial) ends.
  • A transfer reference can be used only once.
  • Several stores, one paused? If your plan allows fewer stores than you have, the extra store is paused. Upgrade your main (oldest) store. Paying for the paused store does not bring it back.
  • Subscription ended? The store does not take new orders until you choose a plan and pay. Your data is kept.

Refunds

Ebda Store refunds by InstaPay, outside the app, and records it on your billing history.
