What works today
You set shipping zones and fees yourself, telling customers where you deliver and how much it costs. You can enter area fees one by one, or export the template, fill in the fees and import it as CSV or XLSX. You then hand the order to your own courier.
An order takes the fee and delivery time of the first zone that lists its area, or else its governorate, by the whole name. Capitals, extra spaces and Arabic spelling variants (أ/ا, ة/ه) do not matter, but part of a name never matches: a zone that lists "Cairo" does not catch the area "New Cairo" by name, only orders whose governorate is Cairo.
What to expect
When carriers arrive, each order will get a tracking status automatically and the cash a courier collected will be matched against your COD orders. Until then, move orders to Shipped and Delivered yourself. See Orders and cash on delivery and Shipping carriers.
